Before February 2021, I had never heard of this company. But after looking to order a soundbar online from an independent dealer, I randomly selected this business as their website was by far the most slick and professional. Surprisingly, their price was very competitive as well! The order process was simple and worked first time and the product arrived as promised in the week it was released on the market. Since then, I have ordered a Blu-Ray player and a pair of surround speakers to add to the soundbar - which arrived within one working day! What a pleasure to deal with professional people who know how to run a business.

I don't usually post a review. But this time I thought it necessary to do so. Although initially surprised not to be able to have an advisor by telephone who referred me to drafting an email for discussion (point for improvement), I nevertheless appreciated the professionalism of the team. Indeed, following the mistaken purchase of an AV amplifier, which I ultimately had to return, I was able to appreciate the seriousness from the order to the return of the equipment (return label) and its reimbursement within the stride. This is rare to be highlighted. Bravo to this brand.
